NVOCC (Non Vessel Owning Common Carrier)

We have been operating since 1992 as an asset based NVOCC (non vessel operating common carrier) specializing in large non-containerized (break bulk) freight. What this means to you is, we own the racks and trailers, not the ships. This allows ATSI to select the most suitable carrier for you, or, where no direct sailings are available, we will determine the best alternatives to transship, all on a single source Bill of Lading.

Beginning with Project Freight between the USA and Puerto Rico as Intermodal Caribbean Express, and as a result of our sound business practices, attention to detail, knowledge of the market and our close co-operation with well-known vessel owning carriers we have grown, and ATSI now provides the same comprehensive services between our customers and the ship owners worldwide.
